Below:  A close up of burlesque dancer Maxine Holman in her dancer / wolf costume.  It's just about impossible for me to see this photo and not think of the salacious tuxedo-clad wolf brought to life by animation director Tex Avery in the cartoon Red Hot Riding Hood, made in 1943 for the MGM studio.
