Poor Pretty Eddie

Below are some screen shots of Georgia Power's Barnett Shoals Hydroelectric Generating Plant, located just off Old Barnett Shoals Road in Athens.

One of the photos shows a catwalk-type structure that actually goes underneath the waterfall created by the spillway.

Eddie (Michael Christian) forces Leslie Uggams' character to take some promo photos of him for use in his attempts to hit the big time as a singer. Eddie, as you can see from the photo below, has a sort of an Elvis fixation. The only thing standing between Eddie and success is his unmistakeable lack of talent.
