Ga. 400 under construction

The Atlanta Journal Constitution has a Tumblr account, where they share some sweet photos from their very deep archives. Here's one showing an aerial view of Georgia 400 in 1990 when the "inside the perimeter" piece of the road was under construction. This view looks to the north toward 400's intersection with the not quite visible Interstate 285. It looks to me like the large, but not very tall, light colored building just above and to the right of the photo's center is the Ridgeview Charter School.
