Hancock Drive Date: 1945 This photo is a really great display of how dense Atlanta's urban forest has become since the 1940's. The first time I tried to take a photo to match the shot to the right, the trees had not yet lost their leaves (it was probably October 2003) and consequently practically nothing was visible except tree limbs. By late December, though, visibility improved enough to get the shot seen below.
