The World of Coca-Cola museum set up shop adjacent to Underground Atlanta in heart of downtown in 1991 and stayed put until 2007, when it pulled up stakes and relocated to a site near the aquarium. The old building remains standing and probably doesn't lend itself very well to redevelopment so who knows what will become of this sizable development that occupies an area approximately half the size of a city block. For now, it functions as a dead zone surrounded by a wrought iron fence tipped with spear-like extensions (see photo below).
