Aerial postcard
looking northwest toward the heart of downtown Atlanta,
probably taken sometime around the late 1950s, based on the
presence of the Fulton
National Bank building (completed in 1956) and the
absence of the Bank
of Georgia building (which opened in 1961). The
brick building in the center of the photo with its back toward
the camera is the Atlanta
Municipal Auditorium.
