Riverdale - Robin Hood Motel

The Robin Hood Motel was one of the many small motels lining US 41 on the way into and out of town in the days before the completion of Interstates 75 and 85. Surprisingly, this modest 1950s era motel still stands. It's now a Budget Inn and it can be found at 6880 Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro. Adjacent to the motel is a subdivision named Sherwood Forest, with street names like Sherwood Drive and Nottingham Road. Google map
