Galloway Hardware

Thanks to Eric L. Watts for doing the research and contemporary photography provided on this page. The b&w photo below, showing Galloway Hardware (6021 New Peachtree Road) in Doraville was taken in the early 1950s and borrowed from the book Images of America: Doraville by Bob Kelley. The hardware store had a good long run and somehow the owners kept the doors open until 2008. The building still stands and now houses an acupuncture clinic, which can be seen in the 2014 photo below. Google map
