The building featured in
this 1957 photo, the Renard Linoleum & Rug Company, is now
part of the King Plow Arts Center. In the front of the
building is the northern end of Ashby Street, now known as
Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard. Google
map (to the main King Plow Building in the
background, as I had trouble getting the location precisely
right). Scroll down to see the dilapidated
staircase I had to climb to get the contemporary picture.
