Ole Hickory Inn Barbecue restaurant

The Ole Hickory Inn Barbecue restaurant was located on Scott Boulevard, near its intersection with North Decatur Road. This building, which still stands but is currently unoccupied, has a long history of serving bar-b-q. In later years, its name changed to the Old Hickory House and still later it became Big Greg's, followed by Rockin' Rob's and then Maddy's, all barbecue restaurants. It's been empty for a year or two now and late last year reports surfaced that a Meehan's Public House was to open here. Google map
