Westview Abbey postcard

Postcard view of the Abbey at Atlanta's Westview Cemetery, which has been in business since 1884. The Abbey or mausoleum , which was begun in 1943 and was still under construction at the time this postcard was printed, features entombment space for 11,444 people. The manmade lake seen in the postcard (Lake Palmyra) was drained in the 1980s.
