New Hope Methodist Church, 1950

The New Hope Methodist Church can be found at 2110 Moreland Avenue SE, just a couple of hundred yards south of the Starlight Drive-In. This photo, which appears courtesy of Georgia State University, (file #LBGPF2-048f), was taken in 1950. A small cemetery can be found in the church's "front yard" just about a dozen or so feet from the very busy Moreland Avenue. Google map
