Lupton Hall is a 1920 stone structure on the grounds of Oglethorpe University named for a Coca-Cola bottler from Chattanooga, John Thomas Lupton. Then the building housed the president's office, the library, a basketball court, a swimming pool and the studio of WJTL (also named for Lupton), the university's radio station which broadcast for several years beginning in 1931 before shutting down. Incidentally, Lupton Hall stills houses the president's office, but I believe all the other facilities mentioned above have relocated elsewhere on the campus.
