Courtesy of Marc M., here's the cover of the Atlanta Fire Department's Annual Report for 1967. The photo was taken inside the brand-new Atlanta Stadium and for dramatic effect a fire truck was parked directly in front of the Braves' first mascot, a colossal fiberglass Indian known as Big Victor. Another Big Victor photo can be seen if you scroll down a bit. The lower photo comes to us from the Georgia State University Library Archives (file #M004_1368). Big Victor acquired his name through a WSB radio contest, according to the caption.HOME | DOWNTOWN | HOUSES AND APARTMENTS | COMMERCIAL BLDGS. | MISCELLANEOUS LOCATIONS | LINKS | NEXT PHOTO
