This 1961 photo shows a view that faces west and includes the sites of Atlanta's first four terminals.  The grassy area along the top left edge of the photo is now I-85. 

A - The site of the 1931 Eastern Air lines terminal/hanger.

B - Site of the 1932 terminal.

C - This is the site of the 1948 "temporary" terminal, which was used until 1961.

D - the just-opened 1961 terminal

E - the 1940's era Delta hangars, which still stand.  The Delta Museum is located within this collection of buildings.
