This building is identified on the Pullen site as being 283 Peters Street. This former liquor store is now a private home and when I went by to snap a photo, the homeowner was standing out front on the sidewalk taking in the sights. He was amazed to see a 40 year old photo of his property and he told me that the official address of the property when he bought it in 1996 was listed on the real estate documents as 281-283 Peters Street, which explains the large 2-8-1 numerals below.
By the way, I applaud property owners who mark their buildings so clearly!
