This mid-1960s postcard shows the former headquarters of the First Federal Savings and Loan Association, completed in 1964.  The S&L moved out long ago and today it serves as office space for HUD, the federal department of Housing and Urban Development.   Near the bottom of the building (on the left) is a billboard touting the then-public Lake Spivey.       Google map
