This is definitely one of the most intriguing of any of these ads revolving around the Imperial Hotel.  Although it's not as well remembered as you might expect it to be, Atlanta, for a brief time, was one of a small handful of cities featuring franchised Whisky A Go-Go nightclubs, patterned after the world famous original club on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles.  Why the weird spelling for the Atlanta location?  Most likely to avoid provoking those with delicate (and religious) sensibilities.  Also of interest is the fact that, prior to operating in the Imperial Hotel, the Whisk A Go-Go operated near the Georgian Terrace Hotel.  See here and here for a couple of old ads from when the club was located on Ponce de Leon Avenue.
