Healey Building, looking south along Forsyth Street from the corner of Luckie Street. Walter T. Downing, the designer of the nearby Trinity Methodist Church designed the Healey Building. Downing is also responsible for the William Perrin Nicolson house, built in 1889. The house, located at the corner of Piedmont Avenue and Sixth Street, is now a bed and breakfast known as the Shellmont Inn. Visible on the right is the marquee of the Rialto Theatre. Date: 1958
