This view looks to the southeast along Marietta Street toward Forsyth Street. Visible on the right is the lower half of the Henry Grady statue. The 10 foot bronze statue rests on a base made of Georgia marble and celebrates the life of Henry W. Grady, sometimes known as the Spokesman of the New South. Some good Henry W. Grady trivia for you: the "W" stands for Woodfin.
